The Freeport Park District and Freeport Art Museum will only supply volunteers to help artists in special circumstances i.e. disabilities, injuries, and/or age-related issues. Artists are allowed and encouraged to bring extra help from friends and/or family members. Booth set-up begins at 8 am.
- Artists should be present at their display, between 10 am and 5 pm, with the exception of breaks.

- Only a single artist may apply for a booth. Artists will not be allowed to share booth space unless submitting an application as an established art guild or art organization. (see qualifications below)
- Art guilds and art organizations that have been established for at least 2 years are also welcome to apply as a group booth. Groups should submit the application with an Art Call account for the group. (Applications that are submitted under an individual's account for the group will appear as the individual's application and NOT the group's application, so be sure to set up an Art Call account for the group). Click here for more details on submitting a group booth application.
Entries that are not accepted will receive a refund minus the $10 jury fee.
Applications received on or before June 30th will be notified of their acceptance status between July 1st and 31st.
